A Little Something About Me…
What’s up fellow photographers! You’re reading this because you want to know more about me. So lets start at the beginning! My name is Sophia Olson, and I am the owner of Sophia Co Photography. I love to sing, play guitar, read, dance, and of course take photos! I live in Minnesota, (and I admit… I love the snow.) On the other hand I enjoy water skiing and tubing in the summer.
One thing I love about photography is the travel I get to experience. Every were I visit is a new experience, memory, and photo. I enjoy outdoor photography, whether it’s portraits of people in the golden hour, or the wonderful sunsets that light up the sky, and reflects off the lake.
A few years ago I picked up a camera, and started messing with the settings. I couldn’t get it right at first; so I ventured out to learn more, and that lit my passion on fire! I continued to pursue this passion by taking classes, that allowed me to elevate my craft. Then it turned into a desire to share it with others; and a desire to use my talents to glorify God. I love to capture images that become a memory for people, and something that people want to put on their wall. I also want to encourage young photographers to follow there dream, and not be afraid to think outside the box.
